Localizzazione territoriale e geografica

It has always been considered as a sort of demarcation between the territory of Senigallia (Misa valley) and Jesi’s (Esino valley), Montecarotto has inherited some linguistic or habit aspects of Senigallia, even maintaining the typical connotation of one of the sixteen castles of Jesi. The village is located on the western part of the municipal area where the zone reserved to the countryside is really wide and divided in thirteen rural districts.
