About us:

The Bosimano agricultural firm has ancient origins. It is linked to the time when the soil was still cultivated manually and the whole family with effort used to grow wheat, chick-peas, chickling, beans, broad bean and take care of the cattle breeding, having a special passion for bees
The firm of Serra de’Conti keeps intact its tradition and respect for nature: it uses a low environmental impact forms of production and cultivation and adheres to the European law 2078. The agricultural firm is also waiting for the certification as “Biological firm”
Are produced Verdicchio grapes (with quality certification) and white Muscat grapes, are grown vegetables and every kind of fruits without using pesticides and chemical fertilizers
Not even the bee keeping has changed in the course of time: the firm has maintained the ancient methods integrating them with the modern technologies in line with the laws concerning biologic productions..

In our shop you can taste and buy our local products as well as those produced by the cooperative “La Bona Usanza” such as the lonzino di fico (figs pressed into salami shape), the Sapa (nectar of grapes), Agresto (type of dressing)..

Finally you can find wine and olive oil coming from vineyards and oil mills of the “Colli Esini” Rural District of Quality..
