62011 CingoliAmong Mount Conero and Mount San Vicino, in the middle of “the balcony of Marche Region”, 256 m above sea level, there is the Farmhouse and Country House “I Mori” built on a secular farmhouse. “I Mori” was restored in 2005 with bio–architecture and biological buildings methods, using the materials obtained from the old structure. The farmhouse is surrounded by oak-trees and secular mulberries, from which it takes its name (“Mori” is the Italian for Mulberries)It can give hospitality up to 24 persons. It is placed not far from the most important tourist cities, in the middle of the area where the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi wine is produced, halfway between the sea and the Apennines. It has three bedrooms and a wide dining room with kitchen, hearth and toilets. It can receive up to 7 persons. The wide furnished garden, the small swimming pool and the recreation park make the holiday suitable for families.
60034 CupramontanaThe housefarm “La Distesa” is situated in the hamlet Esinante near Cupramontana, where the path to the “Frati Bianchi” hermitage and the homonymous forest – a naturalistic oasis protected by the Marches Region – starts. “La Distesa” is the ideal starting point to discover the enchanting beaches of Senigallia, Potonovo, Sirolo, the beautiful cities of art of the Marches and Umbria, the Frasassi caves, the Regional Park of “Gola della Rossa”, the National Park of “Monti Sibillini”, the fortresses of Jesi Castles, the churches, the hermitages, the Romanesque abbeys spread all over the Marches territory. Our housefarm offers its guests three different solutions of accommodation: Sant’Urbano and Sant’Elena suites, two large and comfortable studios in country style, with private bathroom and kitchen (sleep 3/4 people each); a flat: "Esinante”, in typical rural “Marches” style, including 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and sitting room with a big chimney (sleeps 4/5). Next year, two more bedrooms, "Il Poggio” and “La Romita”, with in-suite bathroom (sleep 2/3 people each) will be available. Furthermore, all guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, go for a ride or trekking in the near Apennines forests or climb the rocks surrounding Cingoli, Piòraco, Castelletta. They will also have the opportunity to taste our products (wine, oil and jams) and visit the cellar and the vineyard.

It extends on a surface of about 4 hectares cultivated according to the rules of organic agriculture, including 2 hectares cultivated in “Organic Verdicchio doc” vines, 0,2 h. in orchard, 0,3 h. in vegetable garden, 0,7 h. in grains while the rest is used as courtyard.The Agriturist S. Anna was founded in 1991 and consists of 4 independent units that can host up to 12 people. Next to the landlord’s house a campsite for campers and tents has been equipped with electric and water connection, night lighting, toilets and wash-basins for the washing up and the laundry.
