Among Mount Conero and Mount San Vicino, in the middle of “the balcony of Marche Region”, 256 m above sea level, there is the Farmhouse and Country House “I Mori” built on a secular farmhouse. “I Mori” was restored in 2005 with bio–architecture and biological buildings methods, using the materials obtained from the old structure. The farmhouse is surrounded by oak-trees and secular mulberries, from which it takes its name (“Mori” is the Italian for Mulberries)It can give hospitality up to 24 persons. On the first floor there are ensuite bedrooms and on the ground floor there is one twin bedroom disabled-friendlyFrom the farmhouse, placed in a park-like setting, you can enjoy a wonderful landscape. The farm holiday centre “Colle delle Stelle” is situated on the edge of the “Gola della Rossa” Natural Park and is close to the spectacular Frasassi caves.The old farm-house which has been lovingly restored and renovated, is at 500m above sea level with wonderful views over the hills down to the sea and is set in the perfect tranquillity of the Marche country-side.The centre has six double bedrooms with spacious en-suite bathrooms and three traditional style dining rooms where you can enjoy simple home cooking prepared with only the freshest natural ingredients.Clients can spend time relaxing in the refreshing private swimming pool and those who like music and parties will appreciate the dance floor.There is a large paddock with ten horse-boxes where it is possible to take riding lessons with an instructor and treks through the park can be arranged. “Colle delle Stelle” lies near the Sibillini mountains, not far from such historic centres as Jesi, Fabriano, Urbino, Loreto, Ancona, and Senigallia with its soft sandy beach. The housefarm “Il Melograno” opened in July 2005 but it has been a family-run agricultural firm selling fruits and vegetables for 20 years . It is placed not far from the most important tourist cities, in the middle of the area where the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi wine is produced, halfway between the sea and the Apennines. It has three bedrooms and a wide dining room with kitchen, hearth and toilets. It can receive up to 7 persons. The wide furnished garden, the small swimming pool and the recreation park make the holiday suitable for families.

The housefarm “La Distesa” is situated in the hamlet Esinante near Cupramontana, where the path to the “Frati Bianchi” hermitage and the homonymous forest – a naturalistic oasis protected by the Marches Region – starts. “La Distesa” is the ideal starting point to discover the enchanting beaches of Senigallia, Potonovo, Sirolo, the beautiful cities of art of the Marches and Umbria, the Frasassi caves, the Regional Park of “Gola della Rossa”, the National Park of “Monti Sibillini”, the fortresses of Jesi Castles, the churches, the hermitages, the Romanesque abbeys spread all over the Marches territory. Our housefarm offers its guests three different solutions of accommodation: Sant’Urbano and Sant’Elena suites, two large and comfortable studios in country style, with private bathroom and kitchen (sleep 3/4 people each); a flat: "Esinante”, in typical rural “Marches” style, including 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and sitting room with a big chimney (sleeps 4/5). Next year, two more bedrooms, "Il Poggio” and “La Romita”, with in-suite bathroom (sleep 2/3 people each) will be available. Furthermore, all guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, go for a ride or trekking in the near Apennines forests or climb the rocks surrounding Cingoli, Piòraco, Castelletta. They will also have the opportunity to taste our products (wine, oil and jams) and visit the cellar and the vineyard.

Anna was founded in 1991 and consists of 4 independent units that can host up to 12 people. Next to the landlord’s house a campsite for campers and tents has been equipped with electric and water connection, night lighting, toilets and wash-basins for the washing up and the laundry.

We offer accommodation in rooms with private bathroom or in single rooms with bathroom and kitchen; bed & breakfast if requested; horse riding(English style) in the enclosure or hacking in the country in the company of an instructor, only for hacking we even have available horses western riding trained, we organize courses of horse approaching; inside the farm: ping-pong, mechanical football, various outdoor games and wide open spaces; barbecue facilities “Pietra Ollare Valtellinese” available for guests during the warmest months; in the neighbourhood, only 5 minutes away, an Acqua Park: it boasts several swimming pools and water slides, suitable for any age; besides the Lake of Cingoli where is possible to bathe. Possibility to rent bikes, to buy local products including the Region’s famous wine, some of the best known cheeses, olive oil, honey, etc; guided wine testing and gastronomic tours. Children welcome. Dogs are accepted not inside the rooms but in a proper place of about 10 sq metres.
