Bianchi agricultural firm, since about a year, has started to make use of its barley production to brew beer: besides the traditional firm’s activity, a local called “Il Boccale d’Oro” has been opened to serve the beer brewed in the small and well-equipped workshop next door. So far have been produced two kinds of beer: a “pilsener” fresh and light and a “durquell” an aromatic and fruity red beer with toasted flavour.
